Every order you placed, every launch you ran, every box that showed up at a client's door came out of this building, and most of you have never stood inside it. On September 26 the doors open and it fills with the brand CEOs whose names are on the boxes.
We waited a long time for this building. Permits, delays, and a construction timeline that moved more than once, and we held the party until the floor was actually finished rather than walk you through a construction site. It is finished. It runs because your brands run through it, and this year those brands had first launches, first sold-out drops, first months where product revenue showed up without anyone adding a single appointment. That is what September 26 is for. Your warehouse, your shades on the racks, and a room of people who flew in from all over to celebrate what each of you built.

Mastermind day for the partners program
Four hours on our private property, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, lunch included, in a room small enough that you get answers to your own situation instead of general advice. Choose one track when you register.
Track one 路 with Drew
Sales and marketing
For the brand CEO whose product is good and whose sales are inconsistent. Drew works through what is breaking in your offer, your follow-up, and your close, and you leave with the specific fix for your brand rather than a framework to figure out later.
Track two 路 with Rachel
Educator accelerator
For the brand CEO other stylists already ask for help. Rachel walks through turning what you already know into a class you can sell, price it, fill it, and run it, because education is one of the highest-margin lines you can add and most people give it away for free.

Fly into IAH
George Bush Intercontinental is the closest major airport, roughly 15 miles out. Hobby works in a pinch and it is a much longer drive, about 36 miles.
In Saturday morning to early afternoon, so you have time to check in and settle before the shuttle.
Out Sunday mid to late afternoon, or Monday. Partners staying for the mastermind should not book anything earlier, so you do not miss any of the education.

One pickup, one spot
The shuttle leaves from our salon, The Beauty Lounge, at 2501 Research Forest Dr. Big lot, easy in and out. Park there, ride over, ride back.

We are not holding a room block, so book whichever suits your budget and your dates. These three are simply the ones we would pick.
Saturday shuttle 路 seats are limited
Saturday only, and one pickup point rather than hotel stops, so nobody waits on a second lap. Drive to the salon or take a short ride over from your hotel. Sunday is on you. Partners get the address and directions ahead of time, and you can drive or take an Uber.

What do I need to bring
For Saturday night, an outfit you would want photographed. Nothing else required.

Three we like, all within about two miles of the shuttle: the Westin at The Woodlands for the splurge, Embassy Suites at Hughes Landing in the middle, and Hyatt Place on Research Forest for value. Hyatt Place is the closest, on the same street as the salon.
