SALONCON™ EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By registering for and attending SalonCon™ (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that my attendance and participation in the Event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen harm.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my attendance at the Event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless SalonCon™, RachelPaigeXO, LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my attendance at or participation in the Event, including claims resulting from negligence.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and personal belongings during the Event.

I grant permission for SalonCon™ and its representatives to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during the Event for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of a minor attendee and consent on their behalf.

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
