If you don't already know, I'm Rachel Paige, a mom, wife, stylist, salon owner, and business coach based in Houston! I own multiple seven figure salons, but it definitely hasn't always been this way!

Over the last 8 years I've invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into outside industry education. I’ve learned so much, and I've worked reeeally hard to translate it in a relatable way that's actually applicable to the salon world.
