• You’re utilizing the automated email marketing feature on your online booking platform.

• You’re sending out some type of email marketing content on a set cadence (i.e. 2-4 times a month)

• You’re creating monthly incentives for people to book a service of your choosing, whether it’s $100 off new extension installs during a slow month, or upgrading services booked a specific week with a free treatment!

• Your Instagram name is SEO optimized, with your city and your specialty! People already know the name of your salon from your handle.

• Your Instagram has either the book now button, or a call to action with directions on how to book!

• You’re consistently creating engaging, trending content, not just posting the same angle of hair picture over and over.

• You showcase your expertise and personality through that trending content, and help customers decide to book with you, rather than boring posts letting them know yet again that you create pretty hair (they already know)
